Connect Primary Care & NHS

About Connect Primary Care & NHS Services

Connect provide a range of services to treat Musculoskeletal conditions, delivered in the community, aimed at improving patient access and achieving the best possible outcome.

Connect have developed and refined three separate services which can fit together to optimise the experience for patients:

Each tier of service can be provided separately and will deliver distinct advantages, but efficiencies are at their greatest when the different tiers are put together in one streamlined service.

The tiers can act as a series of filters – each with components that assess the patients to establish a diagnosis and that also deliver appropriate advice and treatment.

In some NHS areas, those that purchase or commission the service have chosen that patients can refer themselves into PhysioLine via the receptionist at their practice. In other areas access to Connect’s Primary Care services are following a referral by their GP.
