Connect deliver a range of Musculoskeletal services in a Primary Care setting by physiotherapists and specialist GP’s working in an integrated way, for the rapid treatment of a range of conditions.

Our services are evidence-based, delivered in a modern way, from telephone advice to web based advice packages as well as face to face assessment, treatment and advice. These are all delivered by highly trained, well managed and supported professional staff, who regularly update their professional development in keeping with best practice guidelines.

Connect delivers its Primary Care services to over 9 PCTs from Hampshire in the South, to Northumberland in the North. Our priority is to fully address the clinical needs of the patient but we understand the commercial pressures and targets of the commissioners and are aware of our responsibility towards them.

Connect can provide one or a combination of its services and are used to working with other providers to compliment current pathways of care or add capacity.

Connects hub and spoke pathway utilises 'Choose & Book', EMISWeb and SystmOne to manage national contracts from one administration centre.
