Clinical
At present, the majority of clinical staff are physiotherapists. We have an established structured career path for them which incorporates clinical and managerial competencies. Some members of our team have joined us at Level A and progressed all the way through to Level F. We do of course recruit at all levels.

Physiotherapy
Career Path @ Connect
| Level A | Graduate and development level posts incorporating our Masters level, validated MSK training programme. Clinical caseload in Primary Care. Successful completion of the programme leads to your automatic progression to Level B |
| Level B | Ongoing development and increasing responsibility. Performance related incremental rises and new opportunities ensure your career continues to progress. Promotion to Level C usually takes 18 – 24 months. |
| Level C | Established musculoskeletal clinicians from Level C onwards. You are a competent MSK clinician ready to consider the direction you want your career to take - clinical, management or teaching -and undertake the development to get you there. Your clinical caseload could be in one, two or even all three of Connects divisions. |
| Level D | Experienced clinician possibly participating in our ESP Development Programme or delivering proactive ergonomic training. Team Leader opportunity in OPS and Primary Care. |
| Level E | Typical roles include: Clinical Specialist in clinics, OPS or Primary Care division, or Manager, CPD Co-ordinator. |
| Level F | Typical roles include: ESP’s, Senior Manager in OPS and Primary Care |
| Level G | Divisional Manager |
Admin
Our admin team is made up of a combination of staff who are at all different levels within our Career Path. Some have joined us with little experience and have gone on to develop their skills. Others have joined us at a much higher level, bringing fresh new ideas to the business.
Career Path @ Connect
| Level A | Typical roles include: Part Time Receptionist, Office Junior. Basic office/reception skills required. Basic IT knowledge (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook). |
| Level B | Typical roles include: Admin Assistant, Receptionist, Accounts Assistant. Progression to these roles will require intermediate IT skills as well as good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work. |
| Level C | Typical roles include: Admin Officer, Accounts Officer, Senior Receptionist. Progression to these roles will require the ability to work well alone, using initiative to deal with queries, problems or unexpected issues which may arise on a day to day basis. |
| Level D | Typical roles include: Admin Officer (with supervision or deputising responsibilities), PA, Accounts Officer (with specialist skills), Senior Receptionist (with supervision or deputising responsibilities). Progression to these roles will require the ability to delegate work and supervise others in a team as well as take responsibility for tasks and to deputise for more senior members of the team in their absence. |
| Level E | Typical roles include: PA (with supervision responsibilities and or special training skills), Assistant Manager (any role). This role requires all previous skills as well as the ability to manage own workloads as well as the workloads of other team members. Excellent time management is essential in these roles as well as attention to detail |
| Level F | Typical roles include: Accounts Manager, Office Manager. |
| Level G | Senior Management |
